Introducing XSLideShow XSLideShow is a free DotNetNuke module to publish photo-galleries / slideshows. XSLideShow is built with XsltDb, a fantastic DotNetNuke module that uses XSLT transformations to build dynamic and feature rich DNN modules very quickly, and jQuery.     XSLideShow features XSLideShow can automatically resize images and thumbnails, load images from different sources and display them with a variety of visualization plugins.     Media Sources You can display images from a variety of sources: local DNN images, Picasa, Twitpic, static and dynamic XML.   Visualization Plugins XSLideShow has several visualization plugins, most using jQuery and some using Flash. As of version 01.00.09, ten plugins are available. Go to "XsltDb Settings" to find XSLideShow configuration values. First of all you have to choose a media source, that is the source of your images: they may come from a Picasa web album, a local folder, a Twitpic account or an XML file (local or remote).Depending on the media source you select, you have to provide specific configuration. Then you must configure the aspect of your slideshow: choose a Visualization Plugin and set its options a per your needs. Finally save module configuration, and enjoy your new slideshow! No module settings available? It has been reported that in some cases with version 01.00.10 XSLideShow module settings are not available after module installation: please get version 01.0.11 I'm still investigating the problem, but or see here's how to fix it youself.
